New application validations and High Impact Changes using PA-DSS 2.0 will be accepted until Deceare no longer accepted. Low Imber 31st, 2014.pact and No Impact Changes to applicationslisted applications that were previously validated using PA-DSS 2.0 will be accepted until 28 October 28th, 2016. Beginning January 1st 2015, all new PA-DSS submissions must use PA-DSS 3.0.
